Scope: This SAE Aerospace Information Report (AIR) has been compiled to provide information on hydraulic systems fitted to the following categories of military vehicles: attack airplanes, fighter airplanes; bombers; anti-sub, fixed wing airplanes; transport airplanes; helicopters; and boats.The purpose of this document is to provide hydraulic system information to military vehicle system and component designers in order to assist them in future aircraft fluid power system designs.

【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisTechnicalReportistoexplainthechangesrelatingtopowermeasurementsintherevisededitionsofISO8980-1[6]andISO8980-2[7].Inordertoillustratetheissuesraised,aninter-laboratorypowermeasurementstudywasconductedontendifferentlensesmeasuredbynineorganizationsworldwide.Twenty-fivefocimetersofdifferenttypeswereused.Thetestlensesweresphericallypoweredallyldiglycolcarbonate(ADC)1)hardresinlensessurfacedto–4,00D,–2,00D,0,00D,+2,00D,and+4,00D,eachwithanadditionpowerof2,50D.FivewereD28bifocalsandfivewereprogressivepowerlenses.Themeasurementswerefrontdistancepower,frontnearpower,backdistancepowerandbacknearpower,foreachlensandforeachfocimeterused.Eachlenswasmeasuredninetimes:fivemeasurementstakenwithoutrepositioningthelensandfourmeasurementstakenwiththelensrepositionedeachtime.Theassessedparametersweredividedintothreecategories:discrepanciesduetofocimeterdesignandmeasurementmethods;systematicerrors;randomerrors.Foreachparameter,experimentalresultsaregiven,aswellastheoreticaloneswhenneeded.Measurementdataincludefrontdistanceportionpower,frontnearportionpower,backdistanceportionpowerandbacknearportionpower.NOTETheresultsofallmeasurementsareavailableontheISOTCServerattheaddressgivenintheBibliography[8].Unlessstatedotherwise,inordertoshowrelevantinformation,theresultsshownarefortheD28bifocalswhennodifferentbehaviourwasfoundfortheprogressivepowerlenses.
