【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheprocedurestofulfilthequalityrequirements(qualitycontrol)anddescribesmeasurestoensureadequateconfidencethatthebiofuelspecificationisfulfilled(qualityassurance).ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthewholechain,fromsupplyofrawmaterialstopointofdeliverytotheend-user.Accordingtothemandategivenforthestandardisationwork,thescopeoftheCEN/TC335onlyincludessolidbiofuelsoriginatingfromthefollowingsources:-productsfromagricultureandforestry;-vegetablewastefromagricultureandforestry;-vegetablewastefromthefoodprocessingindustry;-woodwaste,withtheexceptionofwoodwastewhichmaycontainhalogenatedorganiccompoundsorheavymetalasaresultoftreatmentwithwoodpreservativesorcoating,andwhichincludesinparticularsuchwoodwasteoriginatedfromconstructionanddemolitionwaste;-fibrousvegetablewastefromvirginpulpproductionandfromtheproductionofpaperfrompulp,ifitisco-incineratedattheplaceofproductionandheatgeneratedisrecovered;-corkwaste.NOTE1ThequalityassurancesystemsappliedtotheoperationofconversionplantsfuelledbysolidbiofuelsareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE2Health,safetyandenvironmentalissuesforsolidbiofuelsareimportantandneedspecialattention,howevertheyareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE3Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,demolitionwoodisnotincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Demolitionwoodisdefinedas"usedwoodarisingfromdemolitionofbuildingsorcivilengineeringinstallations"(EN14588:2010,4.52).NOTE4ThebiofuelscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidenticaltothefuelsexemptedfromtheDirective2000/76/EC[Article2.2a)fromi)tov)]onincinerationofwaste.NOTE5AquaticbiomassisnotincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.
